I had a home test but I slept only a couple of hours, my nose was stuffy because of the end of a cold, the strap behind my head was loose, the sensor went off three times. I was diagnosis with mild sleep apnea. I went to a sleep lab. Used a bed wedge, sleep almost two hours with a diagnosis of no sleep apnea. My nose wasn’t stuffy.
